How do I order your products?

All of the products are sold through Zazzle. Christiane Studio creates designs that are put on high quality Zazzle products for you to purchase. You can click on the "SHOP" button in the menu above or you can click her to get to Christiane Studio's shop.

Can I make changes to the design after my order has been submitted?

Zazzle prints items exactly as they appear on your screen when you add them to your cart. Unfortunately, I am unable to make any changes to the actual design once your order has been placed. If you would like customization, please contact me and then wait to make your purchase until you’ve received a link to your customized product from Christiane Studio.

 

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:

 

If you need to make changes to your order, you can cancel your order (as long as it is still in "pending" status), make your changes and then place a new order. Once your order moves to the production line you will not be able to make changes or cancel it.

When will I receive my order?

Zazzle ships all orders. Their turnaround times vary based on a few things including: your location, the product you are purchasing, and when you purchase. You can check their current turnaround time by adding one to your cart (non-customized) and start the checkout process to see what the delivery estimate would be if you were to order today. Then, of course, be sure not to place your order, and remove the item from your cart. When you have a better understanding about timelines go ahead and place your actual order.

Who do I contact if I have a question?

I create everything and am the designer, and Zazzle sells the finished products. I create the designs on products that Zazzle offers. When you place your order through the Zazzle website, they take your payment, print the products and ship your order.

Do you create custom designs?

Although, I do customizations from existing designs (arrange images, add text, add photos, etc.) I currently do not create new designs based on an inquiry. I may offer these services in the future, but right now I cannot accomodate these kind of requests.
